AC Impedance Spectroscopy Study of BaZr0.10Ti0.90O3 Ceramics

Abstract

BaZr0.10Ti0.90O3 ceramics have been prepared by a solid-phase reaction from simple oxides and carbonates by a conventional method. The SEM and EDS studies revealed that the investigated sample was perfectly sintered and was chemically homogeneous. Impedance spectroscopy measurements showed both intra- and intergranular effects and electric relaxation of non-Debye type.
