ABSTRACT
Ag1–2xSr2xNbO3 solid solution ceramics were studied for the Sr concentration range 0≦x≦0.5. We investigate the phase transition behavior and dielectric properties of Sr-doped with different concentrations using XRD, DSC and dielectric measurements. The results show that with increasing Sr content, the phase transitions of M1-M2 and M3-O1 shift to a lower temperature, while the phase transition of M2-M3 shifts to a higher temperature. The influence of Sr2+ substitution on the behavior of the phase transition in AgNbO3 is very different from that of Li+ substitution.
