Structural, dielectric, impedance and conductivity studies of Ba(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3 nanomaterial prepared by the mechanochemical method

Abstract

Ba(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3 [BFN] nanomaterial sample was prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The various structural parameters have been calculated by the Rietveld refinement method using cubic crystal symmetry with Pm 3¯ m space group. The microstructural analysis has been carried out by the Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM).The complex impedance spectroscopy of the BFN nanomaterial has been analyzed in a wide range of temperature (40 °C–400 °C) and frequency(1 kHz–1 MHz).The correlation between microstructure with electrical transport properties of Barium Iron Niobate (BFN) nanomaterial has been reported.
