Abstract
Studies of dielectric hysteresis loops and polarization in relaxor ferroelectric PbCo1/3Nb2/3O3 are presented. It was found that in all probability the dielectric hysteresis loops of PbCo1/3Nb2/3O3 (PCN) were caused by nonlinear conductivity. The studies of the thermally stimulated depolarization current revealed two maxima in the depolarization current in the vicinity of 180 and 200 K. These maxima are attributable to a complex temperature dependence of the polarization below 215 K.
