Abstract

Industrial waste recycling is a considerable approach to solve environment and economy issue. Chlorophyl-extracting waste oil (CWO) is a kind of industrial waste with sticky, dark-color quality, which is similar to aromatic hydrocarbon oil (AHO), a kind of rubber operating oil. Thus, CWO was tested to be used as rubber operating oil in this work. In most cases, such as tensile properties, tearing properties, abrasion properties and so on, CWO played a perfect role as AHO. However, CWO was better than AHO in curing properties, compatibility and DMA testing. Therefore, CWO is a considerable operating oil to substitute AHO.
