Abstract
The applicability of Landau-Devonshire phenomenological model with an extended kinetic energy term on the response of the hysteresis, including remanent polarization, coercive field, and loop area, to the wide-span frequency of time-varying external field is investigated for ferroelectric film. A suitable and typical physics parameter set is found to permit all three variables as a function of frequency to be single-peaked, which is as understandable as the common forced damping oscillation. The present power-law scaling in the low or high frequency range can be compared with previous observation and calculation.
