Abstract
The solid solutions of the three-component system of (1-x-y) NaNbO3 – xKNbO3 – yCd0.5Nb2O6 (y = 0.05, x = 0.05 ÷ 0.65) have been prepared by the two-stage solid-phase synthesis followed by sintering using the conventional ceramic technology. The influence of their internal structure on the fundamental polarization properties has been established. The obtained results can be used for the development of the functional ferroactive materials based on the sodium – potassium – cadmium niobates and the microelectronic devices with their presence.
