Abstract
The paper studies domain orientation processes in ferroelectric ceramics induced by a weak dc electric field. The field dependences of the complex elastic, electromechanical, and piezoelectric parameters of the PZT type ferroelectric ceramics were measured using the piezoelectric resonance analysis method for the radial extensional mode of thin piezoceramic disks. The method used ensures high accuracy in determining the complex constants of piezoelectric materials, as well as their changes under external influences. A physical interpretation of the results is proposed.
