Abstract
The phase composition, structure, and dielectric properties of the Ba2NdFeNb4O15 (BNFNO) multiferroic ceramics have been studied by X-ray diffraction analysis and dielectric spectroscopy. It has been shown that the material is single-phase and has a tetragonal structure with a = 12.477 Å, c = 3.923 Å, V = 611 Å3 unit cell parameters at room temperature. The presence of two relaxations processes has been revealed in the temperature range of 10 ÷ 325 K and frequency range of 20 ÷ 106 Hz. The reasons for the revealed regularities and the prospects for using this material in the form of nanosized thin films are discussed.
