Abstract
Phase transitions in PbZrO3 (PZ), PbTiO3 (PT), and solid solutions of Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3 system were studied by dilatometric method. The temperature dependence of thermal expansion and linear coefficient of thermal expansion for both single crystals and ceramic samples exhibit several anomalies corresponding to phase transitions of different origin and correlate to the results of X-ray diffraction studies. The obtained results should be taken into account for development of materials and devices based on the studied solid solutions of Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3 system.
