Abstract
The paper presents the results of studying the polarization properties of solid solutions ceramics, including sodium and calcium niobates at room temperature and frequency f = 50 Hz. Three classification regions of the dielectric hysteresis loops formation were identified. The nature of observed effects formations was determined.
