Abstract

With the increasing power of the charging pile, the heat dissipation requirements of the charging pile are higher and higher. In this article, the liquid cooling heat dissipation system is used to dissipate the heat of the double charging pile, and the Lyapunov nonlinear control algorithm is used to control the temperature and compensate the unknown heat load. The mathematical model of double charge pile loop cooling system is established and simulated by Simulink. The results show that the designed nonlinear control strategy has the advantages of fast response and small steady-state error.
