The paper presents a dynamical model of deuterated quasi-one-dimensional hydrogen-bonded ferroelectrics. On the basis of the model the relaxational dynamics of CsD2PO4-type ferroelectrics is studied in a cluster approximation taking into account short and long range interactions. It is shown that the two particle cluster approximation gives a good quantitative description of the experimental data of the dynamic and static properties of partially deuterated Cs(H1-×D×)2PO4 ferroelectrics.
