Visualization of interaction between ferroelectric domains in GASH crystal by the electron microscope methods

Abstract

Electron microscope decoration technique and scanning electron microscope were used to study the ferroelectric domain structure on matched faces of guanidinium aluminium sulphate hexahydrate (GASH). Fine changes in domain patterns caused by rearrangement of domains after cleaving the crystal were observed.
