Abstract
We have studied soft modes in ferroelectrics and related crystals for already more than fifteen years using an original experimental technique specially developed for this purpose, that is submillimeter BWO-spectroscopy /1-3/. We have systematically reported our results at previous conferences on ferroelectricity /4-7/ and you'll find them generalized in /8/. This paper presents a review of new results on peculiarities of ferroelectric dynamics, which are associated with high unharmonicity of excitations of the mode branch.
