Abstract

Phase transitions in betaine phosphate (BP), deuterated betaine phosphate (DBP), betaine arsenate (BA) and deuterated betaine arsenate (DBA) have been investigated using measurements of birefringence and rotation of the optical indicatrix in the temperature region 77-300 K.
