Abstract
The temperature dependences of dielectric permittivity of sodium and bismuth-doped lead-zirconate-titanate ceramics (PZTNB) have been analyzed in morphotropic region. The Curie-Weiss law was found in both temperature regions of dominant rhombohedral (R) and tetragonal (T) phase. The correlation between dielectric properties and T- and R?-phases coexistence has been revealed.
Dielectric spectra of PZTNB in frequency range from 0.25 Hz to 10 kHz are close to plateau-type dispersion. The Curie-Weiss and dispersion parameters, and activation energy show the extremal dependences on Ti/Zr relation.
