Abstract
Abstract Phase structures and dielectric properties of (1−x)PZN-xPT (0.1<x<0.2) ceramics with excess PbO additives are presented. The excess addition of PbO is favorable to the stabilization of perovskite phases in a PZN-PT ceramic. Compositions containing 14 to 19 mol% PT show that the temperature of maximum dielectric constant Tm is independent of frequency, while the temperature dependence of the dielectric constant still exhibits frequency dispersion. The mechanism is discussed in terms of macro-micro domain transition.
