Investigation of rare earth doped tgs

&
Pages 283-288 | Published online: 15 Mar 2011

Several ferroelectric properties of rare-earth doped triglycine sulphate single crystals have been studied in the vicinity of the Curie temperature. The temperature dependences of spontaneous polarization, coercive field and dielectric constant have been measured. Variation in the ferroelectric behaviour according to the electronic configurations of the dopant ions is observed.
