Abstract
Phase transition behaviours of PbTi0.05Zr0.95O3 and its structures of antiferroelectric phase (AFE), ferroelectric phase (FE) and paraelectric phase (PE) are studied by X-ray diffraction method. The variation of lattice parameter with temperature are also confirmed by the thermal expansion measurement and the actuation effect caused by phase transition from AFE to FE is also detected by an internal friction apparatus
