Abstract

The character of low-infralow-frequency dielecric spectra of typical ferroelectrics, their transformation with temperature, electric field intensity and aging, the temperature dependences of relaxation times in phase transition proximities give evidence of the fractality of the ferroelectrics with domains and clusters.
