Peculiarities of ac-fields influence on dielectric properties of PZT-based ferroceramics

Abstract

For multicomponent ferroceramics based on PZT the dielectric response under ac-fields of various amplitudes and frequencies is investigated in a wide temperature interval. The features of the temperature dependences of ϵ'_ef(T) and ϵ”_ef(T) have qualitatively the same character as in relaxors. The possible reasons and consequences of these features are discussed.
