Abstract
Dielectric relaxation on mixed crystal of Rochelle Salt and ammonium Rochelle salt (RS1−x – ARS x ) was investigated in the microwave frequency region around the phase transition temperatures. It was found that the elementary process of the dipolar relaxation depends on x. The distribution in relaxation times was observed for x = 0.008, 0.015, 0.03, even in the low paraelectric phase.
