Hardiness, Job Stress, and Health in Nurses

Abstract

The following article presents a study that looked at interrelationships among hardiness, job stress, and health in nurses. Using the Hardiness Scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory, the authors arrive at some interesting conclusions.
