Global stability of a discrete virus dynamics model with diffusion and general infection function

ABSTRACT

We investigate a discrete virus dynamics model with diffusion and general infection function. For this model, we derive the basic reproduction number and show the global stability of the equilibria. Example and numerical simulation are performed to illustrate the theoretical results.
