The QIF Singular Value Decomposition Method

In this paper, the well known singular value decomposition (SDV) method is extended to explicit (2 2 2) block form, by using the Quadrant Interlocking Factorisation (QIF) method. Numerical results are presented to portray the validity of the proposed method.
