The use of polynomial spline functions for the solution of system of second order delay differential equations

Abstract

This paper presents the use of spline functions of polynomial form to approximate the solution of system of second order delay differential equations. The error analysis and stability of the method are theoretically investigated. A numerical example is given to illustrate the applicability, accuracy and stability of the proposed method.
