Super-Twisting Algorithm in presence of time and state dependent perturbations

ABSTRACT

In this paper, generalized Super-Twisting Algorithm is applied to a class of systems whose perturbation and uncertain control coefficient are time- and state-dependent. A non-smooth strict Lyapunov function is used to obtain the conditions for the global finite-time stability and to estimate the time of convergence.

1. In Gonzalez et al. (Citation2012), it is considered that the perturbations are state-dependent but the total time-derivative of the perturbation is assumed a priori to be bounded.
