ABSTRACT
The AGPA Institute is a two-day event organized as either a process group experience or as a special interest section group. Usually, there are both didactic and experiential components to each offering. Each year, the Institute Plenary Address is presented by an invited speaker. The plenary talk is generally an effort to highlight the challenges and opportunities embedded in the Institute process. It is also an attempt to address the emotional condition of the participants as well as a chance to highlight the structure of the Institute process.
