Abstract
A co-ordination strategy in multilevel systems which has non-iterative computational characteristics is presented. A preposition-correction algorithm which allows us to perform limited data transfer between the levels is the foundation. Explicit analytical solutions of steady-state quadratic optimization problems are worked out. This coordination benefits the real-time management of multilevel systems, optimization and the feedback control of steady-state quadratic and convex systems.
