ABSTRACT
One male specimen of Coriocella nigra from the Gulf of Elat, near the Red Sea, is described. It was returned to Alexander Barash of Tel Aviv. The genera of the Lamellariidae with their chief characters are recorded, and a key for the genera is given. The species of Coriocella are discussed. Lamellaria nodosa, nom. nov., is proposed to replace L. verrucosa (from New Zealand).
