Robert E. Kohn

Robert E. Kohn is a professor emeritus of economics at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Gjermund Vaage is a research fellow in mathematics at the University of Oslo. Their research began at Mannheim University, where Robert Kohn was a visiting Fulbright Lecturer in the Department of Economics, and Gjermund Vaage, with the support of the Deutsche Forschungs Gemeinschaft, was a visiting professor in the Department of Mathematics. Three anonymous referees beneficially influenced the development of this article.
