Julian Hayden, Aahs, and the Pinacates: An Anecdotal Reminiscence

ABSTRACT

This article offers vignettes from two aspects of Julian Hayden's life: his time as president of the Arizona Archaeological and Historical Society and some of his thoughts about the Sierra Pinacate. It emphasizes his interest in preservation of both archaeological and natural resources.
