Abstract
We continue the work of the preceding paper to derive thermodynamic perturbation theory expressions for structural and spectroscopic properties for fluids of non-axial quadrupolar molecules. We consider in particular the structure factor, dielectric second virial coefficient, mean squared torque, and collision induced absorption spectral moments. For most of these properties different effective axial quadrupole moments arise from those for the thermodynamic properties. The collision induced absorption results are particularly interesting in that they provide a method for measuring the two independent quadrupole components of a non-axial molecule.
