SUMMARY
This treatment of three genera, Sarcoscypha (Fr.) Boudier, Pithya Fuckel, and Nanoscypha Denison, concludes a series dealing with the family Sarcoscyphaceae in Central America. The limits of the three genera are discussed and their major diagnostic features illustrated. Nanoseypha, a new genus, is based on “Cookeina” tetraspora Seaver. Two additional species, Nanoscypha pulchra and N. macrospora, are described for the first time.
