The editors of Norsk Geografisk Tidsskrift–Norwegian Journal of Geography would like to draw readers’ attention to an error which occurred on page 272 of Vol. 62, Issue 4. Figure 1 in the article ‘Finnish supra-long tree-ring chronology extended to 5634 BC’ by Samuli Helama, Kari Mielikäinen, Mauri Timonen and Matti Eronen contained two place-name errors.

The editors of the journal apologise for this and to remedy the situation we have included the correct version of the map below.
