ABSTRACT
The family Dinidoridae Ståi is classified under two subfamilies: Dinidorinae and Megymeninae, and four tribes: Dinidorini, tribe nov., Thalmini, Megymenini and Eumenotini. The world genera and species are redescribed and figured. Type-species are designated and keys provided for subfamilies, tribes, genera and species. One new genus, Doesbergiana, gen. nov., and three new species, Doesbergiana borneoensis, sp. nov., Cyclopelta bechyne, sp. nov. and Dinidor brazilensis, sp. nov. are described; twenty-eight species are synonymized and five declared nomina dubia. Three subgenera and one genus have also been synonymized. All together 115 species are recognized under 13 genera.
