Abstract
The species of the genus Longicaudus van der Goot from China are reviewed and keyed. Netubusaphis Zhang, Chen, Zhong & Li is suggested as a new synonym of Longicaudus van der Goot and its type species, Netubusaphis netuba Zhang, Chen, Zhong & Li is transferred to Longicaudus. The fundatrix and fourth larvae of Longicaudus netubus are redescribed. A new species, Longicaudus montiroseum Qiao & Jiang from Tibet is described. In China, Longicaudus is now represented by three species, L. montiroseum Qiao & Jiang, sp. nov., L. netubus (Zhang, Chen, Zhong & Li) and L. trirhodus (Walker). All specimens studied are deposited in the Zoological Museum, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ZMIOZ), P. R. China and British Natural History Museum (BNHM), UK.
