Abstract
Ten new species of Elasmus (Eulophidae) are described from Vietnam, viz., Elasmus belokobylskij, sp. nov., E. giraulti sp. nov., E. hanoicus sp. nov., E. longifustis sp. nov., E. singularis sp. nov., E. Spodopteri sp. nov., E. subobscurus sp. nov., E. sugonyaevi sp. nov., E. vietnami sp. nov., and E. viridifemoralis sp. nov. A key to the nineteen species known from Vietnam is also provided. The genus itself is a new record for Vietnam.
