ABSTRACT
A new cerambycid species, Amamiclytus castaneus sp. nov. collected from chestnut flowers in Xingyi, Guizhou Province of China is described. It is the fourth species of the genus recorded for mainland China and the second species recorded for Guizhou Province. An updated key to species of the genus of East Asia is provided.
