EDMUND G. HOWE
Dr. Howe is a psychiatrist and lawyer who has taught medical ethics at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences (USUHS)in Bethesda, Maryland for 40 years, chaired the IRB there for over a decade, and been the Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Clinical Ethics since its first issue in Spring, 1990.
