A FOSSIL CEPHALOPOD FROM THE MIDDLE ECCA BEDS IN THE KLIP RIVER COALFIELD NEAR DUNDEE, NATAL

Abstract

A new species of Discitoceras is described from the Karroo beds of Natal thus demonstrating that some of these beds if not actually marine are certainly estuarine or deltaic.
