Abstract

A method is described for the determination of isonicotinic acid hydrazide in blood serum by use of the sodium nitritopentacyanoferroate reagent. The standard error of a single determination is 0.96 μg/ml in the range of 10–50 μg/ml, a precision which is sufficient for clinical purposes.
