Carter J. Carter
Carter J. Carter, MSW, LICSW, is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist. He is a doctoral candidate at Smith College School for Social Work, where his research focuses on multiracial identities and psychoanalysis. He is an adjunct clinical professor at Lesley University’s Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences, a clinical assistant professor at Smith College School for Social Work, and has been an instructor at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis. He is in private practice in Amherst, Massachusetts.
