ROSEMARY ANN BLANCHARD, who has earned a J.D. degree and an A.B.D. degree in educational policy studies, is doing field research in an American Indian controlled school setting for a doctorate in educational policy studies. LAWRENCE SENESH is professor emeritus of economics at the University of Colorado in Boulder. SHERYLL PATTERSON-BLACK is a lecturer and research consultant in anthropology and women's studies at Denver Community College and the University of Denver.
