Highlights on the chemistry of 2-amino-3-cyano-quinoxaline 1, 4-dioxides and their derivatives

Abstract

This review summarizes the most common synthetic routes as applied to the preparation of many modern pharmaceutical compounds categorized as 2-amino-3-cyano-quinoxaline 1, 4-dioxide and its derivatives. The reported examples are based on the top retailing drug molecules combining synthetic information from scientific journals. It is hoped that this compilation, will form a comprehensive foundation and reference source for individuals interested in medicinal, synthetic and preparative chemistry.
