Abstract

The mold metabolite (-)-LL-Z1271α (10a) was isolated from the fermentation products of an Acrostalagmus species and was found to exhibit antifungal activity toward several pathogenic fungi.¹ We wish to report a total synthesis of (±)-LL-Z1271α (10a).²
