A Convenient and Facile Synthesis of O,O-Diphenyl 1-(5-Alkyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl) Amino-1-arylmethylphosphonates

Abstract

Nineteen novel O,O-diphenyl l-(5-alkyl-1, 3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl) amino-1-arylmethylphosphonates were synthesized by the three-component condensation reactions of 2-amino-5-alkyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles with triphenyl phosphite and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of acetic acid.
