Abstract

Following subtotal resection of an extensive pituitary tumor which caused fixation-sparing bitemporal hemianopsia, a 55 year old man maintained a right head tilt to minimize the vertical component of diplopia. With head tilt to the left, SeeSaw Nystagmus was superimposed on his exophoria. Fresnel prisms and bold diagonal visual orientation grids improved his symptoms during reading and driving.
