Abstract
This article explores some of the complexities of psychotherapy with an identical twin. The difficulty of developing in psychotherapy while so much of what is oneself is located in the other twin will also be explored. The use of the countertransference as a therapeutic method will be considered as the young person develops her unique, separate identity.

Dans cet article, l'auteur explore quelques-uns des problèmes complexes qui se posent lors de la psychothérapie d'un jumeau monozygote. Il constate qu'il est difficile pour un tel enfant de s'épanouir grâce à sa psychothérapie alors qu'une grande partie de ce qui le constitue se trouve situé dans son jumeau.
